A newly established annuities provider is equity crowdfunding before it targets retirees dipping into their KiwiSaver funds.

The Retirement Income Group, co-founded by former Axa and ACC chief executive Ralph Stewart, hopes to raise between $250,000 and $1.24 million at $1 a share on crowdfunding
