Related party debts trigger Callaghan complaint

Creditors' compromise at Trends Publishing heads to court over grant clawback.

A creditors’ compromise offered by troubled media firm Trends Publishing International over $4.3 million of debt has been rejected by Callaghan Innovation because of concern about a related party deal.
