Reclamation off the agenda until Unitary Plan finalised
Ports spokesman Matt Ball says the non-complying rule is still in force and will be until the Unitary Plan is finalised in the middle of next year.

After weeks of speculation over Ports of Auckland’s harbour reclamation plans, the company says it is happy with Auckland Council’s position on port zoning and will not be applying for any resource consents until the unitary plan is operative.
