Receivers close Torchlight shell bank account
PLUS: Investigation continues into the transfer of assets to a Cayman Islands limited partnership.

Receivers have closed a bank account belonging to a retired Torchlight fund previously managed by Pyne Gould Corporation after finding just $55 in it.
Meanwhile, they continue to investigate the transfer of assets from the fund to a Cayman Islands limited partnership in December 2012.
