Real estate agent short-changes clients $40,000

Four charges of misconduct relating to the misuse of clients' rental monies have been found proven against Alan Morton-Jones.

A “stubborn” and “somewhat arrogant” real estate agent has been found to have repeatedly short-changed at least three rental clients more than $40,000 over about three years.
