RBNZ signals lower inflation, interest rates - and higher growth

The Reserve Bank is now, in its cautious way, moderately more optimistic about the economy over the next couple of years.
The economy in fact appears to be settling in to a period of steady but not-too-spectacular growth, a mix which means the central bank can afford to be a bit less jumpy
