Ratepayer money backs new property ventures

Bay of Plenty Regional Council will provide funding for four property-related projects.

Proponents claim there will be hundreds of jobs and new revenue from the ventures.

The council has confirmed funding of $15 million for development of a tertiary and research campus in Tauranga’s city
