Quake Outcasts take red zone battle to court

A group calling itself Quake Outcasts has taken the government to court over its red zone clearance programme in Christchurch.

Members of the 62-strong group own 40 properties, some with homes and some vacant, in the worst quake-affected areas declared red zones by the government.
