Pushpay director says why he bought $1.8m worth of shares

Graham Shaw recycles some investments from Xero to Pushpay.

Pushpay [NZX: PAY] independent director Graham Shaw has bought 800,000 shares in the company worth $1.8 million, recycling some of his divestments from Xero [NZX: XRO].

On Monday, the former Xero director made the purchase at $2.23 per share, taking his stake in Pushpay to 0.6%.
