Punakaiki extends fundraise after attracting less than $2m

Punakaiki Fund has beaten guidance given at the time of its equity crowdfunding offer in June last year.

The fund set two key performance indicators: for its net asset value per share to rise by more than 20% in the year after the offer, and to find an independent director for shareholder vote
