Proposed leaky building claim against Carter Holt Harvey hits nearly $50 million

A proposed class action against Carter Holt Harvey’s Shadowclad has hit nearly $50 million.

Adina Thorn Lawyers which is leading the claim says it has had hundreds of claimants register but a few have yet to join the class action, "which could reach $60 million plus."
