Powerhouse to raise up to $A5.8m, and plans to sell star company

Powerhouse Ventures has launched an offer to raise up to $A5.8 million, to fund working capital, expenses and existing and new start-ups in its portfolio.

The Christchurch-based tech incubator, which has been in a trading halt since Monday, released details of the raise to the ASX.
