Powerhouse Ventures has called a meeting for portfolio company Motim Technologies, to vote on a proposed sale to a US shell company.

At the meeting, to be held next Monday, shareholders will be asked to approve the sale of Motim’s assets to Motim Technologies LLC, a new limited liability company
