Ports wants quick hearing of judicial review of wharf extensions

Ports of Auckland (POAL) is asking the High Court for a quick hearing of the judicial review sought by Urban Auckland over Auckland Council’s granting of resource consents for two new wharves.

QC Jim Farmer and solicitors Russell McVeagh will apply to the court on Friday for an interlocutory
