Plans for big city newspaper block undecided

Auckland’s biggest and most active property developer is still pondering plans for the New Zealand Herald block between Albert and Wyndham Sts.
Mansons TCLM bought the NZME property last year for about $45 million from Loris Properties, which paid $20 million for the site in 2001.
