Pyne Gould Corporation’s troubled $155 million Epic Fund is considering selling UK assets to avoid raising new equity as businessman George Kerr injects more cash.

A further call on funds might not be welcomed by Epic’s 1900 shareholders, who had their dividend payments frozen last October.
