Trade Minister David Parker has rejected arguments luxury homes should be excluded from legislation banning the sale of houses to foreigners.

Mr Parker is heading to Chile to sign the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership but back here he is also the minister
