Pandeys lose Appeal Court bid against Korean contractors

Case has wider implications for construction contracts.

An NBR Rich Lister’s bid for recovery against a Korean building contractor has been stopped at the Court of Appeal, in a ruling on standard construction contracts.  

The decision concerns Pandey family company Customs Street Hotel, which is the entity converting the former NZ Reserve Bank site
