Oil price drop holds back rally on Wall Street
The world's largest brewer is planning to spin off its Asian brands.

A drop in US oil prices dragged down energy shares on Wall Street but this was more than offset by rises in technology and other stocks.
US oil prices settled 1.3% lower at $US54.55 a barrel after earlier falling as much as 2.4%, or $US53.86 a barrel.
