A court ruling which says bankrupts’ KiwiSaver funds can’t be accessed by creditors won't be challenged.

The Official Assignee – which administers bankruptcies – has been litigating a test case with Trustees Executors over whether it can access KiwiSaver funds. The case concerns 5559 bankrupts
