Obama wants TPP by November, NZ agrees, Australia says 'no chance'

The stalled Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal could be completed before November of this year, according to US President Barack Obama.

The US President met Prime Minister John Key in Washington DC on Friday and says he hopes to have a “document” on the TPP by the time he travels to Asia
