NZSA says Fletcher Building is performing worse now than 10 years ago

The New Zealand Shareholders’ Association says its concerns over Fletcher Building extend much further back than just this year’s successive profit downgrades.
The association has announced how it will vote undirected proxy votes at the annual shareholders’ meeting next Wednesday.
