NZ's passport power fades as Japan, Singapore rise to top

Germany has been displaced as the world's most desirable passport for visa-free travel.

Japan and Singapore have knocked Germany off the top spot in a survey of visa-free travel, while New Zealand has boosted its total to 173 countries and territories.

This ranks New Zealand at seventh equal with the Czech Republic and Malta in the Henley Passport Index.
