New Zealand’s share market is more expensive than at any time in at least the past 15 years and the housing market has peaked, says fund manager Salt Funds.

In the latest fact sheet for its Long Short Fund, Salt managing director Matt Goodson describes valuation ratios as “quite extraordinary”
