NZ Rugby finally seals deal with Silver Lake

New Zealand Rugby (NZR) and its constituents have finally sealed a deal with Silver Lake, which will see the American private equity firm invest $200 million into a company containing all of the union’s “revenue-generating activities”, with potential to add another $100m.
