NZ retains third placing in world's economically freest countries

A superficial view of the world might suggest freedom is on the retreat, with democracies under threat and more countries becoming third world dictatorships.

But this would be an inaccurate picture and, in fact, more countries are enjoying greater freedom and prosperity.
