NZ dairy market seeing results of tightening overseas production
Dairy markets are ‘waking up to tightening global supply.'
The recent rally in dairy prices looks to be down to the market taking a bit more notice of tightening global milk production, analysts say.
Yesterday's GlobalDairyTrade (GDT) auction shows dairy prices were up 6.6% and whole milk powder increasing almost 10%.
