NZ dairy company chooses ASX listing

Backdoor deal with Australian shell.

Happy Valley Milk, a New Zealand dairy company planning to build a processing plant in Otorohanga, is listing on the ASX in a backdoor transaction.

The transaction vehicle is ASX-listed shell company Longreach Oil, which announced the deal last night.
