A $1 billion private equity-backed takeover proposal for resins company Nuplex [NZX: NPX] is 80% likely to succeed, analysts from Forsyth Barr say.
In a research note published after the takeover was revealed yesterday, analysts Mike Wyeth and Jeremy Simpson downgraded their rating on Nuplex
