NPT chairman explains Hitchcock resignation

Listed NPT’s [NZSX: NPT] managing director Kerry Hitchcock’s abrupt resignation yesterday has not come as a surprise to the board.  

Mr Hitchcock not only resigned as a $400,000 a year employee, he also resigned as a director from the board yesterday.
