Noel Leeming and a small IT company are fighting for control of a similar logo.
Auckland businessman David Verschaffelt couldn’t believe his eyes when he walked past the Noel Leeming store in Newmarket in September 2014.
The retailer’s new logo was very similar to his own businesses’ – IT infrastructure and support firm Network Agents – which it had used for a decade.
