No regulation on gender pay gap, Bennett leaves it to private sector

A dozen companies including EY, Westpac and Xero publicly provided information for new gender pay gap research.

Women’s Minister Paula Bennett has released guidance for private sector companies to close the gender pay gap but says she won’t regulate, claiming the answer lies with employers.
