Auckland-based software company 9 Spokes has confirmed a $A25 million initial public offering that, if successful, will value the company at $A70 million. It plans to list on the ASX from June 9.
Fosters Stockbroking is the lead manager, with First NZ Capital as wing man. Up to 125 million shares
