New data for capacity model but still a housing shortage

Auckland Council has changed the data fed into its housing development capacity model to show 154,000 homes could be built if a relaxation of the density rules and development controls are included in the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan (PAUP). Previous data fed into the model showed only 64,000
