Nearly $80 million at stake in Ross clawback claims
The full financial impact of the three clawback 'test cases' has previously been unclear.
The total possible clawback claims the liquidators of Ross Asset Management have identified are worth nearly $80 million, new information shows.
This would represent a significant return on the ponzi scheme, which has left more than 700 investors owed about $115 million.
