National Party breaks budget lockup rules

[UPDATED] National Party admits 'oversight' after posting photo to social media during last week's budget embargo and the Prime Minister brushes off concerns.

Just weeks after the Reserve Bank abolished lockups, after a MediaWorks reporter leaked its March 10 decision, the National Party has made a similar embarrassing error.
