Name suppression for grower as Zespri sues over alleged IP breach

Zespri has filed a civil action against the grower which it alleges distributed Zespri’s SunGold variety to Chinese growers in breach of the company’s plant variety rights.

The New Zealand-based grower is currently only known as “Mr A” as he has obtained name suppression for the time
