MYOB has bought Hastings-based payroll provider Information Management Services (IMS) in a deal worth up to $9.7 million with earn-outs.

IMS is the third Kiwi payroll provider bought by Melbourne-based, ASX-listed MYOB, and its fourth major local acquisition in recent years.
