The Kiwifruit Claim Group has pounced on news of a fresh Psa-v outbreak in Northland, arguing the government did not protect the industry.

The group, which is suing the Crown over the 2010 Psa outbreak, says court documents show the government has denied it has a duty of care to kiwifruit growers
