Motim delays shareholder meeting to sell company

Powerhouse Ventures’ portfolio company Motim Technologies has delayed the meeting for shareholders to vote on its sale until next week.

The meeting was meant to be held today, as per a Powerhouse notice to the ASX on April 17.
