More vineyards in Marlborough have been sold ahead of the next season’s vintage.
An irrigated 14.2ha vineyard at 326 Taylor Pass Rd near Blenheim was sold by Bayleys agent Andy Poswello for $2,150,000 or the equivalent of $150,000/ha.
This compares with the rateable value of $1.9 million.
