Another building owner takes his earthquake claim to court

Christchurch business owner Nigel Ross says he is going ahead with High Court action against his insurer.
The action comes against a background of 13,597 repairs of less than $100,000 yet to be carried out by EQC and nearly 3000 claims costing more than $100,000 with private insurers.
