Missing documents are hampering the work of receivers on the trail of $3.3 million channelled by an obscure Cayman Islands fund through a New Zealand invoice factoring firm.

Where the money went remains unclear, but it’s just a small part of about $US100 million lost by Caymans-registered Argyle
