Million dollar logs gone but not forgotten
A shipment of logs a Japanese company claims ownership to has left Northland but the dispute over title with Kiwi Forestry International continues.
A $US780,000 (NZ$1.03 million) shipment of logs has left the country but the Japanese company claiming title to them is not out of the woods yet.
Earlier this month, Japan’s Itochu Corporation applied for an interim injunction in the High Court at Auckland to stop a group of Kiwi Forestry
