Japanese-owned Millbrook Resort near Queenstown spent $7 million buying an adjacent property for expansion. The purchase of 66.8ha at 902 Malaghans Rd, Queenstown, was approved by the Overseas Investment Office.
The acquisition company was Millbrook Country Club, owned by Gota Ishii, Japan
