Mediaweb publishers declared bankrupt

Receiver says pair did not pay staff not paid for months, filed false financial statements.

The owners of magazine publishing companies Mediaweb and OnFilm have been declared bankrupt while liquidation of their companies continues.

Publishing duo Toni Myers and Victor Clarke are joint shareholders in OnFilm, a parent company of Mediaweb.
