Another Queenstown waterfront section in bankrupt Auckland developer Nigel McKenna’s Kawarau Falls development has sold for $6.2 million.
The deal was initially reported by the local paper, Mountain Scene and subsequently confirmed for NBR NZPI by Bayleys agent Greg Ross.
