Hotel sales have enjoyed an 800% increase on last year, coming off the back of  a thriving tourism market.

A total of 11 hotels – for an aggregate price of more than $290 million – were sold throughout the country, compared to just five hotels totalling $32 million in 2014, research from Colliers’
