Maori Party co-leader sideswipes KiwiRail for ‘not doing its job’

Transport Minister  says his government "doesn't want to pay for rail services that carry thin air.”

KiwiRail has found itself in Maori Party co-leader Marama Fox’s crosshairs as she attempts to woo the government with the party’s plans for a new rail network.

But the government is not yet convinced, with Transport Minister Simon Bridges saying he would need to see more details before agreeing
