Mansons sells Fuji Xerox building under development

Fuji Xerox building sold before its completed.

A new building underway for global tech company Fuji Xerox has been sold by developer Mansons TCLM to a private Auckland investor for $32.6 million.

Mansons owned the Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket site and is developing the property to be finished in November this year.
